You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with its operation or the experience of other visitors. Any attempt to misuse the site, upload harmful code, or access restricted areas is strictly prohibited.

Bookings and Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability and are considered confirmed only after we receive the required payment and send written confirmation.

When making a booking, you agree to provide complete and accurate information, including your contact details, travel dates, certification level, and any relevant health information. Incorrect or incomplete information may affect your ability to participate and may result in cancellation without refund.

Special requests, including private guides, customized itineraries, or dietary needs, are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

Pricing and Payments

Prices displayed on our website are listed in the currency indicated and may be updated at any time before your reservation is confirmed.

Depending on the service, a deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking. Payment must be made using approved payment methods through our secure payment providers.

You are responsible for any transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or taxes imposed by your financial institution.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation terms vary depending on the type of tour, course, or package booked. As a general guideline:

  • Cancellations made well in advance may qualify for a partial or full refund.

  • Deposits may be non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made shortly before the scheduled activity may not be eligible for a refund.

  • No-shows and late arrivals are non-refundable.

  • Refunds may exclude payment processing and banking fees.

If weather, sea conditions, or operational factors prevent an activity from taking place, we may offer a rescheduled date, an alternative activity, or a refund at our discretion.

Medical Fitness and Certification Requirements

Scuba diving is a physically demanding activity that involves inherent risks. Participants must be medically fit and capable of safely participating in the activities booked.

We may require you to complete a medical questionnaire and provide clearance from a physician if certain health conditions are disclosed.

Certified divers must present valid proof of certification when requested. If you are unable to provide the required documentation, we may deny participation or offer an alternative activity suited to your experience level.

Safety and Participation

The safety of our guests is our highest priority. All participants must follow the instructions of dive professionals, guides, captains, and staff members at all times.

We reserve the right to cancel, shorten, or modify any activity if conditions are considered unsafe or if a participant’s conduct poses a risk to themselves or others.

Failure to comply with safety procedures may result in immediate removal from the activity without refund.

Assumption of Risk

By participating in scuba diving, snorkelling, boating, and related adventure activities, you acknowledge that these experiences involve risks, including injury, illness, decompression sickness, equipment malfunction, marine life encounters, and weather-related hazards.

You voluntarily accept these risks and agree to participate at your own risk.

  • Personal injury or illness

  • Property loss or damage

  • Travel delays or interruptions

  • Missed flights or connections

  • Adverse weather or sea conditions

  • Acts or omissions of third-party providers

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Third-Party Providers

Some services, including transportation, accommodations, and boat operations, may be provided by independent third parties.

While we work with trusted partners, we are not responsible for their acts, omissions, delays, or service failures. Any disputes related to third-party services must be addressed directly with the provider when applicable.

Equipment Rental

Rental equipment remains our property and must be returned in the same condition, excluding normal wear and tear.

You are responsible for any loss, theft, or damage caused by misuse or negligence and may be charged for repair or replacement costs.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel and dive insurance covering trip cancellation, medical treatment, emergency evacuation, and hyperbaric chamber expenses.

Insurance is especially important for activities involving scuba diving and remote destinations.
